Hi all,
Welcome to Before We are 30. Just to give you an idea of what to expect, i thought i would do a quick intro for you.
Before anyone get's the wrong idea, this a blog about having fun and getting to discover a little bit of the East in the West through food. Now don't roll your eyes and think this will be another blog with food and restaurant reviews albeit set in London. No, we want to hear and eventually write about all the things that make it exciting and more importantly interesting to be in the transient phase from teenagedom to adulthood between 20 to 30. We are not going to be talking about raving and clubbing but more about what we find interesting as a trio of smart, sexy, successful women living in the buzzing city we love called London.
Now let's introduce us. First there's me! My name's Sanoobar and i am a journalist by trade but a marketing manager by profession. I think i am the loudest out of the three of us and the youngest... but let's not dwell on that before the other two kill me! What i want from this blog is something new and something to wonder at. I love to try new things in London and if you haven't already guessed, i LOVE London!! I am a fashionista and adore all things to with fashion, celebrities, and bollywood. I should say that despite my looks, i am pretty much dedicated to all things bollywood and that is probably why i am so overdramatic.
Next up, Farah who i fondly call dadi ( don't kill me Farah). Farah is our resident engineer but a smart intellectual woman who wants something more from her daily life. She loves to knit and hopes to quit her profession to settle for something that makes her happy. She is a force to be reckoned with and is the guardian of our group. She is also a techy so anything technical, refer to her for more details.
Last but not least is Mouri. She is a medic in training and can slice open a person as quickly as she can rustle up delicious food, in the same second! She is smart and very precise in the way she thinks and knows what she wants. She has a passion for sci-fi (which she shares with yours truly) and we still want to star in an episode of Stargate SG-1 with the original cast and crew, so producers take note! Anyway back to the point, she is amazing and lovely and is always up for an adventure which i love about her!
I hope this gives you a better idea of who we are, pics will follow after i get them approved from the afore mentioned gorgeous ladies! Keep reading and feel free to give us all the comments you want!
